To access the full features of the nustr platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) nustr account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. nustr reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, nustr is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a Phil SYS ID, Passport, Driver's License, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change, you must update your account promptly. nustr shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

nustr strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to notify nustr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
nustr shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — shall be your responsibility unless you have notified nustr of unauthorized access in a timely manner.
nustr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum deposit amount on nustr is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the nustr platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. nustr does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before any withdrawal is approved, you must have completed KYC verification and satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
You must not fund your nustr account using any payment method that does not belong to you. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not supported on nustr, consistent with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not accepted.

nustr's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nustr does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. nustr shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond nustr's reasonable control.
nustr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the nustr platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
nustr implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other regulatory authorities as required by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nustr platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact nustr's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. nustr will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
nustr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nustr will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication at nustr.app/terms-conditions.
Your continued use of the nustr platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
